What I do, and what it costs
Every job starts with a free call and a written scope. Setup is a fixed price. Monthly support is optional and you can stop it with 30 days' notice.
Front-desk automation
Most of the calls a clinic reception takes are the same handful of questions: can I come today, what time, how much, are you open. I set up booking, appointment reminders and WhatsApp replies that handle those, so your front desk has time for the patients standing in front of them.
Anything clinical goes to a person. The system answers questions you have approved and hands everything else to your staff.
WhatsApp charges per message. Those fees go directly from your clinic to Meta and are not part of my price.

- Online or WhatsApp booking linked to your calendar or clinic system
- Reminders before each appointment, with confirm, change and cancel options
- Approved answers to common questions, with handover to staff

Clinic systems and claims coding
A system that follows the patient from registration through consultation, lab, pharmacy, admission and billing, so nothing gets copied by hand from one book to the next.
For clinics in Ghana, diagnoses are coded in ICD-10 and each service carries its NHIA G-DRG code from the start. That is most of the work an insurance claim needs, done at the point of care instead of at the end of the month. Billing can take MTN Mobile Money.
I can set up the system I built for Menesto Medical Center, adapted to your services, or configure a system you already use.

- Installation on your own server or computer, with automatic backups
- Your services, prices, staff accounts and user roles
- ICD-10 and G-DRG coding, where relevant

Digital health and AI for programs
Plenty of digital health pilots stop when the funding does. The software is rarely why. Usually nobody planned who would run it, train new staff or fix it on a Friday afternoon.
I spent four years as an HMIS officer turning facility data into reports managers could act on, and I hold an MPH from KIT. I can help design a pilot that survives the handover, review an existing one, or train staff to use AI tools safely.

Day rate €500
Remote, or on site in The Netherlands and Ghana. Travel costs extra.
Pricing notes
Clinics in Ghana. Prices are quoted in cedis and scaled to the size of the clinic. A small rural clinic does not pay what a private clinic in Accra pays.
"From" prices. The setup price grows with the number of departments, locations and links to other systems. You get one fixed number in writing before any work starts.
Monthly support. Covers fixes, small changes, backup checks and questions from staff. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Payment. Half at the start of setup, half at handover. Support is billed monthly.
