Each one starts with a fixed-price setup. Monthly support is optional, so the system keeps working after I leave.

Records, lab, pharmacy and billing in one system, with ICD-10 diagnoses and NHIA G-DRG codes captured at the point of care, plus mobile money.
Digital health and AI for programs
HMIS, monitoring and evaluation, staff training, and keeping a pilot running once the project team goes home.

Clinical

Practical
Fixed prices, written guides and staff training are part of every job. I design for the person at the registration desk at 10 a.m. on a Monday.
Private
Patient records stay on your own infrastructure. That keeps you in control of the data, and the clinic keeps working when the internet drops.
Probably not a fit if you need a large hospital EHR replaced, or a research prototype with no plan for daily use. I'm happy to point you to someone better suited.
